We want to be completely transparent, with that in mind there are a couple of things to make you aware of right up front.
- When the time comes to confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of your total hire cost becomes payable which is non refundable.
- We deep clean all of our items each week, the hire price listed is inclusive of the maintenance of our products, so you can always expect the very best quality.
- Delivery/collection costs are charged at the government recommended rate. The cost of drivers time is covered within the listed hire costs.
- To protect our items against damage, we require a bond of £50 at the time of booking. Items are inspected upon collection, if our products are in no way damaged your £50 will be refunded within 48 hours.
- There is a minimum order value of £150.
